A problem shared is a problem halved.

I’ll be honest, I never really got on board with that saying. Sometimes I agree, but often in life I wondered with some problems feeling so big, so overwhelming and way too much of a burden, how on earth is sharing them ever going to make them smaller.

It comes back to the little gem of a word but that almighty action: TRUST.
